The Pyranha Helectron is the result of a collaboration between Pyranha and GuiGui-Prod, the design house behind some of the most progressive freestyle kayak shapes in the world. Built on the foundation of the well-regarded Helixir, the Helectron went through five prototypes and nearly eighteen months of development, with testing on waves and in holes across Europe. The goal was straightforward: keep what worked and genuinely improve what didn't. The resulting freestyle kayak is fast, proactive, and built to keep you ahead of the water rather than reacting to it.

What sets this boat apart from previous freestyle designs is how much control you have over your fit. Pyranha's new Elite Outfitting system is one of the most adjustable setups on the market, with tool-free seat positioning, three-way adjustable thigh grips, and a rapid backrest system using aluminium cleats and Dyneema cord for a 2:1 mechanical advantage. Getting your outfitting dialled properly makes a real difference in freestyle paddling, and this system makes it easier than ever to find that fit.

Sustainable by design, the outfitting components are built for disassembly and end-of-life recycling, consistent with Pyranha's long-standing commitment to reducing environmental impact.
